The foot-stomping spot on Friday night will be the Music Center at Strathmore , where the 2010 National Endowment for the Arts Heritage Fellows will perform and talk. Del McCoury , the bluegrass legend, will bring his 50 years of guitar playing to the stage. The concert, starting at 8 p.m. and emceed by Nick Spitzer, host of public radio's American Routes, will include Yacub Addy, a Ghanaian drum master, Jim 'Texas Shorty' Chancellor, the Texas fiddler, and Mike Rafferty, an Irish flute player.
