Irish Fest to Benefit the Ulster Project

"Come join the festivities as the Ulster Projects of Oak Ridge and Knoxville host an Irish Ceilidh (“kay-lee”) with traditional music, dancing, dinner, pub, silent auction and more at St. Mary’s Catholic Church, 327 Vermont Ave., in Oak Ridge. Tickets are $35, including dinner. Entertainment will feature Allen McBride on the hammer dulcimer, the Mt. LeConte Jug Band, and Shamrock Road. Proceeds benefit the Ulster Project, a nonprofit volunteer organization promoting peace and reconciliation in Northern Ireland by hosting Northern Irish teens for a month in the summer. For more information, contact Lynda Vinyard (556-1355, vinyardts@comcast.net)."
